We sell only to the Wholesale Trade and try to make the process of becoming a customer as easy as possible. The steps necessary to accomplish this and view our wholesale prices are as follows:
Step 1-Print out and complete the New Customer Application form and fax it to toll free 866-919-4455
Note: Make it easy on yourself-simply sign our form and attach your preprinted customer and vendor information.
Step 2-We will communicate back within 24 hours a user name and pass word for you to gain access to our wholesale prices. IN A HURRY? -No Problem-Call us and we will try to accommodate you.
That is all there is to becoming a customer. Down the road you will be able to order directly from our web site. In the meantime please print out our order form and fax to 866-919-4455 toll free.
